CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be free of any charges. Same day cancellations will require payment for the full balance of the scheduled service. NO CALL - NO SHOWS will be charged for the missed service and blocked from booking future appointments. There is a 10 minute “late” grace period as parking is always available in our lot. Any client who is late past 10 minutes will be considered a missed appointment and the full balance of the scheduled service will be due and charged to the credit card on file. Failure to pay any cancellation fees or credit card on file declining and no attempt is made to resolve within 24hrs, will result in being placed on our ban list and blocked from booking future appointments.
